Each is different and while yeah it's not as cool in skyrim where you get alchemy labs and arcane enchanters standard in most houses, it feels like you become a resident of that specific city. Compared to Skyrim which is my main point of reference but also Fallout. For wizards it's pretty much the same outfit either way. It might sound weird, but I like having city clothes (for warriors) and fighting clothes. Overall, the DLCs of Skyrim are amazing, whereas in Oblivion, there is one great DLC (Shivering Isles) and the rest are.ehhhh. I love all of them for different reasons.
